Plus 3

I got a call from an IVF nurse last night to tell me that they had ended up freezing 3 more of our embryos at the blastocyst stage on day 7. So that's 7 total frozen. All this good news is only making more hopeful of our current chances - and therefore, if Monday brings bad news it will be all the more devastating.

I totally understand - it is a bittersweet moment. I can understand why you are hopeful!

At any rate, that is great news about your 3 additional frosties.

Best of luck to you, Mellie. I'll be thinking of you...

That's great news. I don't blame you for not testing before Monday, but the wait must be unbearable. Good luck!

I'm hoping you don't need them for a long while...

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers?
Well, I think you'd be great with 8 children. I daresay you'll need your husband then! But only to put the garbage out.
I am going to be on Holidays Monday! I will have to stop at an Internet Cafe & get my Mellie News!
So hopeful for you sweetheart!

Fabulous news that the blasts did so well. Bodes well for the embryos hitching a ride right now.

Thinking of you.

Wow that is great!

I have been thinking about your last post, and meant to comment- It sounds like D is just having a hard time with this. I hope he will come around (and bet he will).

Good news, but like everyone else, I hope it will be a while before you need 'em.

7 frozen is just awesome! I am also hoping that you won't need those frosties for a while -- like fielding your own little league baseball team ;-)

Mellie..that's fantastic, but I hope that you won't need those frosties for a really, really long time...say at least 9 months! Take care!
